Natural Source Biotech Co., Ltd (NSBio) Goji berries are grown in remote valleys in Ningxia China. Plants bloom from April to October. Harvest of the mature berries depends on the weather of the cultivation area from June through October.
When the berries are mature and red enough they are harvested by hand. After the harvest, the berries are washed and dried. Drying happens as quickly as possible with low temperatures to assure maximum nutritive value and to avoid decay.
